You may already have an idea of the design you'd like to create - it could be a different variation on a piece you've seen on the website or a completely new idea. During your consultation you can discuss the design, budget and delivery times and any additional information required to create a piece of bespoke jewellery just for you.

I have worked with customers around the world, so creating a bespoke piece of jewellery is no problem if you live outside the UK.

A full prepayment is required before we begin working on bespoke jewellery. This acts as a confirmation of your order.

Once you paid, you will be committed to purchase the piece of jewellery you commissioned and the order cannot be cancelled. 

Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer.

I offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. Delivery times can vary for worldwide destinations. I offer next day delivery for UK based customers.

Depending on the nature of the work, bespoke jewellery pieces normally take between 1-8 weeks to produce.

During busier times such as the lead up to Christmas, this timescale may be longer, so please get in touch with as much advance notice as possible.
