What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit & credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments and bank transfers.

 

Why was I charged customs and duties?

All international orders (outside of the UK) can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc., upon their arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government. As we are unable to advise you on the amount of such fees, we recommend you do your own research and contact your country's customs office or tax agent to obtain this information.​

 

Payment Security 

Card information is not stored in our systems and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors.

We take many active steps to ensure the safety of your debit/credit card and personal information. In addition to processing all card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by the same level of security as used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is automatically deleted.

Shipping and Billing Verification 

Ensure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by the banks processing the transaction. If you are having issues with your payment going through, please check to verify that your card does not have any international or maximum amount blocks on it. You can also contact us directly for advise if you experience any difficulties while checking out.

 

Bulk Orders

If you wish to make a bulk order purchase, we are happy to share that we do offer bulk order discount pricing. If you purchase 5+ quantities, you are eligible to receive 10% off your order; if you purchase 10+ quantities, you are eligible to receive 15% off your order, and if you purchase 40+ quantities (in increments of 40), you are eligible to receive 20% off your order.
