Please read these Terms & Conditions prior to shopping on Valeria's Secret website as they contain important information.

 

Delivery

I offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. All in-stock products will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Bespoke or modified products will usually take longer to process (1-10 weeks). When the order is placed, you will be given an estimated time frame for completion. I will do my best to stick to the estimated time frame, however, this is not always possible due to handmade production. Although does not happen very often, bespoke fine jewellery making can sometimes take longer than initially estimated and deadlines may be affected. I appreciate your patience and understanding. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

UK orders are shipped with a next-day delivery service. Delivery time for international orders may vary based on your destination. While I do my best to ensure safe and fast delivery, it's important to remember that delivery largely depends on the shipping provider's handling of the service, and therefore, it's outside of  Valeria's Secret immediate control. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might incur. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or postal services disruptions but I will do whatever I can to guarantee reasonable delivery time.

 

Returns

I will accept returns and refund your money (except shipping costs) if you:

• Contact me within 7 days of confirmed delivery date to let me know of your intention to return the item.

• Return the item to me in the original packaging within 14 days using a tracked service (you are responsible for the shipping costs). Share the tracking number with me to ensure I receive the package as soon as possible. 

• I recommend that you ship with an insured courier service, as I am not responsible for an accidental loss or damage of the package when you send it back.

• If returning from abroad, please consult me about filling in customs form for the returned package to avoid any custom charges. If there are any charges incurred for returned items, I will deduct these from your refund amount.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

• Bespoke or personalised orders (i.e. resized rings, eternity bands, screw back or Alpa System earrings, engraved jewellery, etc.).

• Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons).

• Items bought at a reduced price.
