Delivery

I offer worldwide shipping on all orders. All purchases will be shipped within 2-3 business days and you will receive an email with the tracking number. On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might incur. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal services disruptions but we will do whatever we can to guarantee reasonable delivery time.

 

Returns

I will gladly accept returns and refund your money (except shipping costs) if you:

• Contact me within 7 days to let me know of your intention to return the item.

• Return the item to me in the original packaging within 14 days. You are responsible for the shipping cost.

• I recommend that you ship with UPS insured courier service, as I am are not responsible for the package when you send it back.

• The returned package should be labeled as “returned goods” to avoid any customs when returning. If there are any charges incurred for returned items, I will deduct these from the refund amount.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale
